SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Deliveries within Greece are free and are handled by DHL Domestic.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery to P.O Boxes is not feasible for security reasons.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

We keep a limited amount of stock. For items marked “in stock” in the product page when you select your preferred size, please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. All other items are handmade upon order and are usually made within 10-15 days.

For “on demand at 30% off” orders, items are dispatched according to the timeframe given on the product page. Remember the estimated shipping window is 10 days from the date indicated on the product. As the product will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date. 

If your order contains one or more items “on demand at 30% off”and another one “in stock”, or items with different shipping timeframes - combined orders - remember that because our company’s mentality is built on sustainability, we will send all items together once they're ready. Therefore, we will be sending over the full order at the latest delivery date provided.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. It will include all tracking information.

Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

DUTIES & TAXES

For all shipments outside the European Union and the United States, additional tax, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Mythologia is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at care@mythologia.gr.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments made on debit/credit cards in any other currency beside Euros will be calculated using currency conversion on www.xe.com on the day of the transaction. You agree that MYTHOLOGIA is not responsible for any credit shortages due to currency conversion rates. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described above.

PRE-ORDERS

Once the preorder is processed, we will not be able to make changes or cancel the order until you receive the products. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective product.
